第一题是这样的。题目说ｓｕｐｐｌｅｍｅｎｔ不能提供ｆｉｎａｎｃｉａｌ　ｉｎｃｅｎｔｉｖｅ。但是Ｃ说了，只要那些失业者找到了一份工作，他再找工作就可以找到更好的。于是他们是会接受ｏｆｆｅｒ的。就好像前一段９１１，好多大学生毕业只要５００块钱，为的是工作经验。扯远了，呵呵
