[原创] 十月五日 一道逻辑机井的精解

1-The price of the economy class and the first class on the airplane. The first class can obtain more profit when it gives some discount. After one inflation, the price of the economy class increased, but the price of the first class didn't change. Assumption

Inflation means that the purchasing power of the monetary unit has decreased. So, the increase of the pricce of the economy class may be attributed to the number of ecomomy class passangers  that is very low in inflation, compared to the number of first class passangers that is still constant coz the discount compenstae the inflated prices

The price of the economy class and the first class on the airplane. The first class can obtain more profit when it gives some discount. After one inflation, the price of the economy class increased, but the price of the first class didn't change. Assumption

Prior to inflation :  Discount on first class resulted in increase in no. of  passenger and hence more profit in spite of low margin . While existing low margin in economy class  didn't allow to give discount to attract more passenger.

After inflation :

Inflation raised to the level where operational cost per passenger is more than  cost  per passenger of economy class . This  –ve /zero profit on economy class forced to increase the economy class price  to keep profit margin.

The inflation is such a way that the old  price of first class (without discount) has still profit margin. one quote

"compared to the number of first class passangers that is still constant coz the discount compenstae the inflated prices!!"

(As difference between increased price of economy class and undiscounted price of first class after inflation is same or lowered compared to difference between economy class price and discounted  first class price prior to inflation, passenger  still preferred to go for first class  as it was prior to inflation  i.e. . )

Hence, possible assumption could be :

  1. difference between economy class price and  first class price (discounted)  = difference between increased economy price and first class price (undiscounted)

Another possible assumption could be :

  1. profit margin on economy class reduced while profit margin on first class price (without discount ) remain same

Another possible assumption could be :

Inflation increased the operating cost to a limit where the cost of  operation per passenger is higher than the price of economy class per passenger  while lower than the price of  first class per passenger without discount.   (i.e. : Discount compensate the inflated price for first class. )

我觉得2和3比较有道理。1不行的。要看比例的么,怎么可以纯粹看价格差距来?我觉得3的那种compensate是考题里的答案的可能性很高艾。有没有那个考完的可以过来回忆下下啊??谢谢
