本科毕业就直接申请PHD是不是很难拿到录取啊?即使拿到了学校也不会好啊?

很难，非常难，但是并非没有可能
也不是说没有可能进好学校，一切看你的背景和运气了

If you're already a Top undergrad in Top school (Top 2 or 3 in the country).
It's totally ok to apply from under.

Even if your profile is slightly worse, it still worth a try.

A U.S. master can help those who don't get good under profile, but the effect on those perfect students won't be as significant unless one gets strong reference letter then.
