你问的是这两个句子的中文意思还是要在这两个句子中找到一个是答案？如果比较的话，B更好一些，但不算直接。

我觉得A的意思就是说The group of persons who left teaching and the group who did not 这两类人在how much people outside the teaching profession are paid上是可以comparable 的

我看答案后，想想，如果我的理解没错误，那可能问题出在30%和at least 1/3上
