如果不是学校日益需要来自立法机构、商业以及私人基金来生存的话，学生的感觉倒并不是太重要。考虑到学校吸引资金的能力，管理者越来越多的取消注册率低的课程与学位项目。

不是很理解，为什么取消注册率低的课程与学位项目就能增强吸引资金的能力？这里面有什么内在的逻辑关系？                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

如果学校没有更多的得到form legislatures,businesses, and private foundations的支持的话，学生的需求就没有那么重要了（这年头，有钱才好办事。）又因为学校不怎么能够吸引 funding，所以学校为了不误人子弟，就决定实施low-enrollment courses and degree programs for elimination.

我知道文中的这种逻辑关系就是为了吸引资金，而取消些课程。我也不明白为什么会有这种逻辑关系。但一般来说，我们知道这种逻辑关系就可以了，不必再费神琢磨了。^_^
