个人愚见。

首先violate应理解为冒犯或者违反而不是削弱，如果理解为削弱的话则会不自觉的运用一些解题技巧来判断。题目问如果以下每个选项都可以作为向消费者做调查的原则，哪一个选项所表述的原则被正文描写的调查所违反。显然A选项反对的做法正好符合正文的描述，那么A就被VIOLATED了。
