答案 C。我选的虽然是C但是不知道这个X是多少

（1）车的总数4x+23
（2）车的总数6x+5

单独显然都不充分，因为不知道一共多少辆车，但两个条件和一起的话，因为车的总数一致，连立方程就可以得到x

再把x带回（1）或（2）就能得到车的总数

哈哈，懂了，做的时候太不小心，条件一和条件二一起就相当于，N不为6的倍数的时候，N^2-1可以被24整除
