对此结论是基于什么样的assumption

E:最好的300篇每年水平都一样，对E取非，每年最好的300篇水平不同，那么确实需要筛选，weaken了每年根据标准来筛选300篇是不好的这样一个结论。

D：单独判断不容易。无关，文章都是从1000篇里挑选的，没有提到单独的评价。
