OG 11 黄皮书 DS 第49题：

49. How many people are directors of both company K and company R?

(1) There were 17 directors present at a joint meeting of the directors of company K and company R, and no directors were absent.

(2) Company K has 12 directors and company R has 8 directors.

答案是C，看了一下后面的解释，说什么要知道Company K的director个数、Company R的director个数，还要知道joint director的个数。这个joint director是什么东西啊，又是K的领导又是R的领导？怎么一个公司的director还可以到另外一个公司兼职啊！实在是搞不懂！即使是的话，这题也太钻牛角尖了吧，本来很弱智的一题，非要给不懂公司结构的考生设置这个障碍把他们考倒出题的就爽了吗？

In condition A given,it means a sum comes from  the director numbers in company K plus with the director numbers in company R.

In condition B give ,it give a equation which shows the relationship between the number of directors in company K and that of directors in company R.

together with 1 and 2 ,we can get the exclusive answer.

其实这题是我自己搞错了，题目本来问的就是"既是R公司又是K公司的director个数"，也就是OG后面的解释中所指的joint director。当时做题时错看成了要分别求R公司和K公司的director个数，罪过罪过！
