这是补充材料的144的题目，答案是蒙对了，不过这个题目始终看不太明白，主要是什么叫：with which it is not in competition rather than against competitors？

这里要注意分析语法结构。大致意思应该是：

一下所列，如果属实，可以作为有效原因解释一个公司采取对不是其竞争对手的公司（companies with which it is not in competition ）进行表现评估而不是对作为其竞争对手的公司进行表现评估。这里的against是介词，表示倾向于。。。不要理解错了。。。
