今天查到U f Ottawa的新托最低要求:

92 overall
24 twe
24 speaking
20 listening
20 reading.

靠, 它CBT最低才要求213, 竟然~~~~~

其实不是U f Ottawa疯了，而是ETS改革所带来的过渡期症状，我们都是客观上被影响的。我们所能做的只有化悲痛为力量，化哑巴英语为话痨英语

When I checked the u of ottawa's offical website, I did not find the the ibt requirements for language proficiency.

I did not find the requirement of IBT in U f Ottawa's website either and then I sent e-mail to them. Finally they told me the requirement by e-mail. You can send e-mail to them as well.
