问一道LSAT题，section 1－23

此题不理解为什么是D？我选的是A，觉得因为问的是NOT undermine，A基本是个无关选项，所以不会undermine，就选了。不明白D怎么就NOT undermine了？先谢谢浏览此帖，欢迎讨论。
