OG-95 a new question

I do not think the explanation for C in OG is right.  In OG it says that "it it unlikely that...", but I think it is likely that those industries expand their domestic markets successfully.

觉得OG说的没错，因为这些公司的成本上升了，所以竞争力下降，不可能再开拓国内和国外的市场了，其实这里的国内市场是无关的，题目没有涉及到。我的理解
