各位XDJM，如果学校给了部分的奖学金，你有想过如何能够写信跟学校要求增加奖学金？找个什么合适的理由先呢？

1）被另外学校录取且奖学金更多？(pretend)

2）想去该校，但个人在财务方面出现状况，需要更多的Financial Support

3） any others? (Say Visa, Family…)

另外，有没有人share一下成功的经历，如果能够不冒犯学校，但又能打动学校？

我一点奖学金也没拿到，不知道有什么办法能从他们那里要到些钱.

Argument No. 2 is much better than no. 1. If you tell the school that some other schools give you better offers, you put them on pressure, it's very risky to be turned down.

if you have onthing to lose, no. 2 might work.

baobaobear，我想借宝地加问一个问题：写信给谁比较管用?是直接给admission director写信，还是给admission office留的常用联系方式。.因为后者通常都是小秘负责处理的。

i have tried this before and got what requested. Show your attitude towards the program and your intention to attend their prestigious school, and then explain your reason for further financial aid help. Don't forget to address to director of financial aid.

写给admission director，cc to admission officer比较好吧。强调一下自己能够贡献的东西吧？

我觉得学校已经给你offer, 那么你再去争取的话，不会对你不利。老外讲信用，不会又收回的。

偶试过，但现在还没回音。用的是理由2；写给assit. director的，天！忘了CC给director of financial aid
