100题问下列除了哪个选项，其他都是benchmarking应该与非竞争对手的公司做的原因。即哪个选项没有解释与competitor做benchmarking的坏处。那只有E没有提到这点了。

好象很饶，但是明白点了，上一题问削弱。

我觉得A，说没的用了才用它，也是说最好的选择。而B 价格底不一定是买的公里，因为药品是特出商品，不遵循一般商品价格规律！

第一题是个他因削弱，说的是并非药品效果好，医院才大量使用它，而是因为商家给医院的价格低，医院才用它。因此，该药并不能成为你最好的选择。
