CEIBS Full-time RA Job Opening
CEIBS was the first business school on the Chinese mainland to be accredited by both EQUIS and AACSB. Currently, there are 83 faculty at CEIBS. From 2018 to 2022, a total of nearly 536 cases have been developed and 550 papers have been published, including 120 articles in the core journals of the Financial Times (FT) and 41 articles in A* Publications.
Research staff have played an invaluable role at CEIBS over the years as the school continues to boost its research capabilities. Many later go to pursue PhD programmes at top-tier schools, with about 26 enrolled over the past 2 years.

Job Responsibilities: Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following: 1. Assist in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation (case writing), grading, EMBA/MBA class coordination and other logistic coordination. 2. Assist in research, including literature review, collecting/coding/analyzing data, coordination of research projects, etc. 3. Assist to contact and coordinate with international scholars and Chinese executives. 4. General administrative tasks, including budgeting, correspondence, etc.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor/Master student with research experience in Psychology, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Information Systems, Strategy, International Business, or Sociology. 2. Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability. 3. Familiarity with quantitative research methodology, including data collection, cleaning and analysis, would be preferred. With experiences in using quantitative analysis software such as R, Stata or equivalent. 4. Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity. 5. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with abroad range of individuals and groups. 6. Able to commit for at least 1 year. 7. Although not necessary, special consideration will be given to applicants who are interested in doing research and planning to study for a doctoral degree overseas.
