Work Type: Part-time

1.  Assist in literature review and article search;

2.  Assist in data analysis;

3.  Assist in teaching-related tasks (e.g., marking & grading);

4.  Other tasks assigned by the professor.

1.  Master student with research experience in OB, Hor management field;

2.  1-2yrs relevant RA-related working experience;

3.  Proficient in academic literature search viaon-line database or library resources;

4.  Good at quantitative analysis software, e.g., Stata, SAS, SPSS;

5.  Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability;

6.  Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity;

7.  Excellent language skills and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively.

at least 4-5 hours/day off-campus (on-campus when needed)

Anytime from now; 1 year upon report duty
