寫作：因為現在很多growing sector of economy such as 高科技產業、藝術還是什麼的，他們很常會在城市的咖啡廳或是其他休閒娛樂的地方消費，所以作者說：只要我們的city，把老舊的倉庫改造成咖啡廳、遊樂設施或是其他休閒娛樂，就可以energize the economy and create more jobs.
