CEIBS Full-time RA Job Opening
CEIBS was the first business school on the Chinese mainland to be accredited by both EQUIS and AACSB. Currently, there are 80 faculty at CEIBS. From 2015 to 2021, a total of nearly 860 papers have been published, including 159 articles in the core journals of the Financial Times (FT) and 77 articles in A* Publications. 674 case developments have been published, of which 32 cases have won case awards at home and abroad.
Research staff have played an invaluable role at CEIBS over the years as the school continues to boost its research capabilities. Many later go on to pursue PhD programmes at top-tier schools, with about 14 enrolled over the past 2 years.

Position: Research Assistant/Research Fellow Report to: CEIBS Center for Family Heritage Director Location: Shanghai
Major Responsibilities: 1) Assistin literature review including writing research notes, searching and summarizing literatures, preparing research related materials (e.g. questionnaires, interview outlines, and other instruments), and organize survey and interviews; data collection in the field and data analysis.; 2) Assistin case writing; 3) Assistin other academic works, such as sorting reference list, and coordinating proofreading, etc.; 4) Assistin preparing teaching materials (e.g. PPT, in-class assignments, mark sheets and questionnaires); 5) Assistin grading (grading of students’ work, compiling feedback report and answer questions); 6) Other tasks assigned by the professor and Dean’s Office leaders.
Basic Requirements: 1) Masteror degree in OB, psychology, cross-cultural management, leadership, family business ispreferred; 2) Familiar with quantitative research methodology, including data collection, cleaning and analysis.With proficiency in using quantitative analysis software such as STATA; 3) Be able to conduct qualitative research (case studies, interviews, content analysis) and quantitative research; 4) Be proficient in WORD, PowerPoint and Excel; 5) Excellent written skill and fluency in oral and written English; 6) Excellent communication skill and teamwork spirit; 7) Working experience in business and management is highly preferred.
