北美M7选校求定位

大神们好，

CD新人一枚，最近在准备2022入学MBA申请，求大神们定位啊，目标是M7。
Background 如下：
女生

北美Top 15文理学院统计专业，GPA 3.98， GRE 339
目前在一家Top investment management上海office做research associate。工作两年，入学的时候工作经验就是三年。

大家帮忙看看M7有没有希望以及合适的学校有哪些，感谢感谢~

Your academic credentials (including your GRE) are excellent, and investment management will equip you with many of the business skills that top business schools look for. That being said, only having 2 years of work experience at the time of application (this is more important than how many years of experience you'll have by the time you enroll, because AdComs will evaluate you based on the experience and achievements that you already have at the time of application) may put you in a weaker competitive position than what's ideal. M7 AdComs look for evidence of leadership and impact in the workplace, and it's rare that a relatively young employee with only 2 years of work experience will have gained significant responsibility. If you're willing to consider waiting another couple of years before you apply, you can focus on accumulating outstanding work accomplishments during this time, which will position you much better in the M7 applicant pool. If you're a top performer at your investment management firm, then there's no reason why you can't be competitive for any of the M7 schools in 2023 or 2024.

取决于career goal, 想做finance的话还是建议申金融校
学校文化差异会有，但不妨碍你在每所学校都交到好朋友
