各位大神好,OG里一道阅读题没有看懂后面的解释，想让大家帮帮忙。OG版本为20201.题号：RC00423-02.
题目为The idea that carotenoid-based coloration is significant partly because carotenoid are required for health suggests that a lack of bright coloration in a male is most likely to indicate which of the following?
A inefficient detoxification processes
B Immunity to parasite infestation
C Low genetic resitance to disease
D Lack of interest in mating
F Lack of carotenoid-storing tissues
我选择的答案为D，依据原文里为Studies of several animal species have shown that when choosing mates,females prefer males with brighter carotenoid-based coloration.
正确答案为C，D给出的错误理由为The passage does not suggest that male animals lacking bright coloration would be perceived by a female of the species as lacking interst in mating.
这句话我翻译为文章没有显示出雄性动物缺少bright coloration会被物种的雌性察觉缺少寻找伴侣的兴趣。
但是原文中说过females prefer males with brighter carotenoid-based coloration，所以male lacking of bright coloration would be lack of interest in mating.逻辑错误在哪里呢？

原文：新观点（C是用于健康目的）认为C用于免疫系统和解毒以维持健康。或许，稀少的C可以用于免疫和解毒，或者吸引异性。更容易感染疾病、寄生虫的雄性必须用C来提高免疫系统；而天生就抵抗强大的雄性会把更多的C用于展示自己（吸引异性）。

选项分析：

A选项：有低效的解毒过程：文章认为，当动物先天不足时，会用C后天弥补；当基因强大时，C就用于展示自己。不管C用于何处（过程），解毒过程都是有效的（结果）。

B选项：有对寄生虫感染的免疫：缺少亮色说明C用于维持健康，说明此动物先天不足。

C选项：正确。没有对疾病的基因免疫：解释同B。

D选项：对异性没兴趣：无关。

我认为这篇阅读的问题是问·······表明male缺少bright coloration 最能说明以下哪点，因为缺少bright coloration，根据原文内容male lacking of bright coloration would be lack of interesting
in mating.所以您给出的分析里面说无关，我不太明白是怎么就无关了。
