美国四大工作经验申M7？

本人坐标美国在四大工作，一直有个疑问，论坛上大家都说国内的四大工作经验申请M7完全没优势，想上M7基本上都得top 4本科 +MBB or IB才可能。
可是我看身边四大（仅指的是传统审计或tax经验的人）申请上了M7的人并不少啊（当然没有投行咨询那么多，但是四大申MBA的人本身也没辣么多），那些人工作经验也就3-5年，gmat没有特别高，690-760都有，进wharton的还不少，进HBS也有，不知道是不是M7在录取的时候会倾向美国工作经验？
最近在写essay一直在考虑自己的competitive advantages。本来对自己还挺有信心的，毕竟身边还是知道有人申请上M7的，可是觉得论坛上的人对四大工作经验都是一副不屑一顾的样子，顿时好担心啊。。。。

需要看以下：
1. 是否是中国Pool，如果是美国Pool，比如有绿卡，那难度小很多。我觉得中国Pool里面690能进W/H是凤毛菱角。
2. 美国四大会比中国四大的竞争力强，是international experience. 而且美国四大的人多半有美国的教育背景，如果学校好的话，也会加分。

他们应该都是有绿卡或公民的。或说有绿卡有很大优势么？我有绿卡的，可是还是拿的中国国籍，感觉没什么优势啊

和大陆的无绿卡申请者相比申请优势不小。属于不同pool。

So first of all, Big four are good employers but not the strongest. If you have experience in the US it is of course stronger than abroad. The challenge with coming from Big4 is that there are a LOT of Big4 applicants, and many of their profiles look the same. So the real question is: How are you DIFFERENT? How are you UNIQUE??? How can you PROVE that you are better than the other 500 applicants from Big4???

That is the key!
