Background:
We are currently recruiting a Research Assistant in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management (full-time). The position is at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), one of the leading business schools in Asia (www.ceibs.edu). The candidate will assist Professor Jiing-Lih Larry Farh (樊景立教授) in his research and teaching programs.

Job tasks include but are not limited to the following:
1. Assist in research, including literature review, data management (e.g., collecting and analyzing), coordination of research projects, etc.
2. Assist in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation, MBA, FMBA, EMBA class coordination and other logistic coordination.

Job Requirements:
1. Recent master graduates in OB/HRM/Management/Psychology with strong interests in research.
2. Familiar with quantitative research methods, including survey design, experimentation, data collection, and data analysis such as structural equation modeling, multiple regression analysis, and multilevel analysis; with experiences in using quantitative analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, MPlus, and/or R.
3. Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking and writing skills.
4. Able to commit for at least 1 year.
5. Ideal starting date: June 1, 2018.
