正确答案：D 请问这个D选项这个dedicated为什么不是dedicating, 这里不是这四个cable neworks 致力于shows ，主动吗？比如说 student watching tv is xxxxx,而不能说 student watched tv is xxx 吧？

um我倒是觉得d里面的had once没有必要诶后面是现在时的话前面had怎么看都怪怪的诶至于lz提出的dedicated倒是没有用到就排出掉e了我语法也很差等大大们讨论

dedicate是个主动意思的词吧，需要有agent发出这个动作
ie, she dedicate her life to science studies.
cable networks are dedicated to children. networks被发出这个动作的agent 给dedicate to了children
cable networks 无法自己dedicate因为它们没法发出这个动作
我是这么理解的

至于E的话可以用完成时态排除，过去完成是必须在过去的过去发生，题里are now是现在，那么只能用过去式

Once也是一个比较明显的time mark

例：

We will discuss something important;
We will discuss something that is important.

There are many teachers dedicated to education;
There are many teachers who are dedicated to education.

上下两句都正确。
