非常想问CR读题方法+请教一个prep07的CR题

According to the Tristate Transportation Authority, making certain improvements to the main commuter rail line would increase ridership dramatically. The authority plans to finance these improvements over the course of five years by raising automobile tolls on the two highway bridges along the route the rail line serves. Although the proposed improvements are indeed needed, the authority's plan for securing the necessary funds should be rejected because it would unfairly force drivers to absorb the entire cost of something from which they receive no benefit.

Which of the following, if true, would cast the most doubt on the effectiveness of the authority's plan to finance the proposed improvements by increasing bridge tolls?

Before the authority increases tolls on any of the area bridges, it is required by law to hold public hearings at which objections to the proposed increase can be raised.

Whenever bridge tolls are increased, the authority must pay a private contractor to adjust the automated toll-collecting machines.

Between the time a proposed toll increase is announced and the time the increase is actually put into effect, many commuters buy more tokens than usual to postpone the effects of the increase.

When tolls were last increased on the two bridges in question, almost 20 percent of the regular commuter traffic switched to a slightly longer alternative route that has since been improved.
【可以理解大意是如果收费就有人绕路走，所以收过路费的方案不行，但是个人的疑问点在于last increased，之前的怎么可以推出现在的呢？还有就是20%的数据怎么代表性呢？当时真的就看到这两个点直接排除了】

求教读CR的方法经验！！！

个人理解CR是先看懂题-同时脑补逻辑链-看题型-想对应点

但是我CR现在50%正确率的瓶颈是题都看的费劲，经常是过眼不过脑所以导致跑神严重，或者是选项都没有理解。

知道自己长难句理解不好所以读记杨鹏长难句，分析正确句子，目前sc有点点提高但是cr还是做之前就心里怯，很讨厌这种混沌的状态，想要开窍，有些迷茫应该怎么看CR的句子，最开始以为是像sc一样抓主干主谓宾，修饰很多没用上，但是发现不是这样的经常考小词。但是全部细读又觉得argument主要在因果逻辑链，很多修饰又成了没有必要的累赘。
还是觉得自己没有把握中CR的宏观脉络，规律是在总结各种思考点中串起来的，现在还是很细碎的每个题的思维点。每次做题完全陷入读句子，理解中，把知识点根本不记得

所以请教是怎么读cr句子的，同时脑中进行的逻辑链的演绎

方案型的题逻辑链：目的是为修铁路筹钱，方案是提高铁路沿线高速大桥的路桥费，问削弱，就要说明要么方案不可行，要么方案有副作用。不要纠结last increase或者20%，只要有人宁愿绕路也不走这座桥了，这部分失去的路费也不一定能被多征的别人的路费填满。假设一百个人原来一人十块钱，现在十二块但是只有八十人还愿意给你交钱，剩下的人跑了，960也小雨1000啊，那这方案就不能实现它的目的啊

我是这么做这道题的：
Step 1: Identify the Question （看题干）
Doubt/Effectiveness/Plan 问削弱，方案为什么不可行？Active Reading Focus: 方案是什么？目标是什么？以此回读材料，寻找答题方向
Step 2：Deconstruct the Argument (看材料）
先找最关键的两个point：方案：要干什么？目标：为了什么？扫视，定位the authority plans to；目标，为铁路线筹款，方案：通过向使用沿线高速公路大桥的车辆征收过路费；注意最后一句，是作者的一个评价，认为方案不可行，给出了理由：司机没有好处，反而要多付钱。说明，削弱方案，即是support作者
Step 3：State the goal
1）证明作者的理由是对的，就能削弱方案的可行性。2）其他条件，如方案的副作用，削弱其可行性
总之，选项必须提到方案（过路费），以及目标（筹钱），否则就属于out of scope。
A.说的是方案实施之前，听证会，无关，排除；B.讲了过路费，但是没有prove究竟方案能不能达成目标，仍然有gap，排除；C.时间仍然是在方案实施之前，无法判断方案实施后的情况,，排除；D.对作者理由的一个很好的佐证，即便只有20％的司机不付钱，那也使得能筹到足够的钱的可能性下降，保留；E.说市长是TAC的成员，反对收过路费，与通过收过路费能不能达到筹钱的目标，是两回事，排除。
总结一下，解题思路：先读题，找方向，从材料的结论看起，然后问WHY，看理由，形成P—C逻辑链，看选项。楼主可以用excel按照题型把OG分类整理，每道题分解为以上的三步，我个人觉得有效果。另外附上manhattan关于此题的讨论供参考：https://www.manhattanprep.com/gmat/forums/according-to-the-tristate-transportation-authority-making-t6915.html

lz cr的提高我看了Bible感觉帮助挺大，读题的话建议抓关键前提和结论，其他可能都是无关或者干扰的信息，每个题的做法不用特别纠结步骤，能把题做对就是好的。有的时候会做笔记，比如这道题raise toll->finance b,做题不一定需要看笔记，但是写下来可以帮助自己整理思路
