可是他不是说“除非我能离开这个社团”吗，那言下之意就是“我要是还在这个社团我就负责”。。。

不知道我理解得对不对。

不要为这种题费劲了,看看其他三个答案,如果不选B, 你有更好的选择吗? 还是B最接近, 只能说ETS题出的臭,但是还是给机会的,如果答案里有"他今年还是很负责的参加",那就是耍无赖了.

not eager to do sth,就是不是很热切的想干某事，选b没错。

意思是做还是得做的，但是那是没有办法的。
