这道题的D选项，为什么to be sighted 和was observed 不是词意重复呢？我看了Ron的解释，并没有觉得很清晰，求大神解释

to be sighted 修饰 pulsar ,
我个人觉得是，第一个被发现的pulsar 是在1967年被某某发现，
修饰的部分不同？就好像说，第一个发现的化石是在XX年被挖掘的。 to be 表达修饰， was observed 表达动作？
