我选了A我觉得prediction about the results of future observations不一定是来自good theory，因为这个theory可能不满足第一个条件从而不是good theory，虽然B选项是新信息但并不能判断对错啊。看到的小伙伴就来帮忙忙拜托拜托谢谢大家~

这道题为什么选E啊。哭哭。条件1是由于市场改革，QI公司必须增长否则就破产。条件2是QI公司的产业结构是这样的，如果能增长10%那么20%也是可以达到的。不知道为什么E就说不到20%就破产？？两个条件之间也没有关联啊？？？
