这道题看最后半句有点没看明白。

美元下跌时因为关于明年经济增长会趋缓的预测。但是这个预测本来不会影响美元如果没有政府的预算赤字，预算赤字因此被减少来防止美元下降。

所以，预算赤字减少是政府的防止美元下跌的策略，但是正是这个策略才导致的美元下跌的反效果？

预算赤字能说减少就减少吗?

我觉得你没抽出来conclusion，这题的conclusion是
dollar value减少不是因为bad prediction ，而是因为budget deficit
求weaken，那就是你要支持'dollar value减少是因为budget deficit 而不是因为bad prediction“

最后一句你打错了吧
题目结论是，因为赤字导致贬值，不是预测。
所以削弱就是找，不是因为赤字的选项。D了

佩服穆同学。我一有看不懂的句子就看不下去了。

感觉你虽然也有不会的地方，但还是能沉下心来，从明白的句子里找线索。这是我想练但不知道怎么练的地方。
请教如何才能跟你一样临危不乱呢？
