我在Fordham的网站上看到的 Applicants are required to submit official transcripts for all course workthat counted towards undergraduate- and graduate-level degrees. The transcriptsmust be forwarded to the Admissions Office in their official and original format with either the signatureor seal of the university’s registrar across the seal of the envelope. Any transcripts not received inthis format will be considered unofficial. Applicants will have theoption to upload a copy of his/her transcripts online, but please note all transcriptsmust still be submitted to the Office of Admissions in their official andoriginal format. Applicantssubmitting transcripts that were taught in a non-US University must submit atranscript evaluation. Please refer below to Special Application Requirementsfor International Applicants for detailed information about the transcriptevaluation requirement. 因为本人现在在WES认证中，所以我想问一下申请的时候是否需要同时邮寄学校的纸质中英文成绩单呢？还是说只需要WES就够了呀？
另外，楼主考的是雅思，所以是需要雅思官方送分吗？还是说只要在网申的时候上传扫描版就ok呀？
