People are prescreened
A through using the administration assessment and management skill
B by assessment administration and management skill
C with assessment administration and management skill
D.assessing skills in administration and management
E.assessing administrative and managemential skill

句子大意是不是说通过行政和管理能力的评估来预审人员。
觉得D从形式上看比较顺眼，但是不确定是否有语义上的错误。。。
愈发君没有展开讨论，所以在此求讨论。。。多谢！！

第一眼觉得是b 但是好像意思不对意思对的好像就是d 但是为什么要用doing呢 pre－screened是个形容词么坐等大神

D的话，prescreen是动词，被动时态，is prescreened
assessing是形容词，修饰作用的一个present participle
assessing是在形容how people are prescreened吧。。。。

这是我的理解哈。。。坐等大神来解答

在网上找的一些相关的句子，但似乎还是跟考试的句子的意思不太一样，看看能否启发一下大家。。。

竟然搜出来曾经是2012年10月9日广州GMAT机经，
　　语法有一题，都以ethusiastic开头，固定搭配是加上about

　　not only but also考了很多，同时注意主谓一致。

　　有一题，employers are prescreened _____

　　选项有assessing开头的两个，还有assessment of administration and of ..skills后面那个of 有去掉的和不去掉的。平行结构要注意词性一致，抽象名词不能和具体名词一起用。

可是依然木有答案。。。

这题关键：理解pre screen 的意思。筛选的意思，段落中加了ed, 考被动。我们说做题的时候如果后面有by, 前面有谓语，一般就是被动的那个答案；反过来一样。因此应该选B，人们被塞选通过什么什么。

有时候做题不能完全通过sentence structure ,结合语意更重要。仅限个人理解。
