阅读大范围细节题

诚心求教关于一些需要大范围定位的题目（如下例题，题目来源：GMAT新题63篇，第一篇，第2题），请问各路牛牛或CDer们对于这种从题干无法直接提取关键字的题目是如何处理的？很显然选项的分布也不像一般的细节定位题一样仅仅局限于某个段落，这样重新快速按照选项浏览全文找答案很费时间啊。。。你们有什么好的practice可以share下嘛

(A) What federal agencies have set percentage goals for the use of
minority-owned businesses in public works contracts?
(B) To which government agencies must businesses awarded federal
contracts report their efforts to find minority subcontractors?
