答案是B，可是怎么想都想不对= =
两次模考都是49，要哭死了......

For (2). 设立common part for Patio and swimming pool为y，仅仅PATIO为（48-y）。neither swimming nor patio 为x。因为the number of houses having a patio and swimming pool is the same as neither swimming nor patio, thus, X=Y. Thus, we can get swimming pool only is (75-x-(48-y))=27+y-x. Also y=x, thus, we can get swimming pool only is 27
For part (1) only, we still want one more assumption to solve the problem.
Hope you can figure out that.
