Some dairy farmers in the province of Takandia want to give their cows a synthetic hormone that increases milk production. 这题书上的答案是C。题干中的那句Even if the measure is defeated，这话的意思该是“不要给milk from cows given the hormone的milk贴labeling了”对不对？所以不能理解C答案里那句话的含义－－怎么翻译后面的那个be labeled as such without any legislative action？这个legislative action本身是指要给milk from cows given the hormone的牛奶贴标签的，而without any legislative action是不给milk from cows given the hormone的牛奶贴标签的，所以，怎么翻译和理由这个C里的这句话呢？

特别晕的是，还有解释里对应于C的部分是这样讲的：C. Correct. If the measure is defeated, the milk produced by farmers who avoid using the hormone would likely gain a market advantage if the milk was labeled as produced without use of the hormone. As a result, dairy farmers who use the hormone would probably lose customers. 这里居然还说the milk was labeled as produced without use of the hormone这事儿呢？按着这个解释和题干来讲－－If the measure is defeated, 不是就在说不通过给milk from cows given the hormone贴标签的这个measure吗？自相矛盾啊！

所以觉得不可思议，这是OG17哎！GMAC的Official Guidance! 我哪里错了，希望有人可以帮助解答！！

了解题干讨论重心：不管相关部门让不让贴标签，反正贴不贴标签都会造成损失。这段话说到底就是在跟我们探讨一个贴标签的问题。

po主问题：

C 翻译：没有使用激素的农场主可以随意贴标签不需要有关部门的一些举动。

这个选项的意思就是说：本来相关部门让你们贴标签，但是被你们反对了，所以你们谁使用激素的可以不贴标签。但是相关部门没对我们这些没使用激素的采取什么措施，所以我们这些没有使用激素的想贴就贴。简短来说，就是你们用了激素的不能贴标签说你们用了，但我们没用激素的可以贴标签说我们没用。

这个选项一来说了标签的问题，二来解释了使用激素的即使不贴也会流失顾客的原因。

所以 C 是正确答案

简单来说这个法律还没通过，因此问题是假设“如果这个法律没通过的话。。。”。不矛盾呀。

这个选项的意思就是说：本来相关部门让你们贴标签，但是被你们反对了，所以你们谁使用激素的可以不贴标签。但是相关部门没对我们这些没使用激素的采取什么措施，所以我们这些没有使用激素的想贴就贴。简短来说，就是你们用了激素的不能贴标签说你们用了，但我们没用激素的可以贴标签说我们没用。
