1. Finance is not anything difficult / rocket science (except quant fina)
soft skill, communication, and networking is more important than the technical side (which is also essential but not difficult)
and thus people like to judge this book from the cover, i.e. (put aside your family background) the name of university is the most important stuffs.

2. I don't really understand why you go for a MSc Finance given your career goal (1) & (2)
I am quite curious if you had though about the possibility career path before you select a master to read.

I just found that you had been already there since Jan-2016, so.........the $$ is already in the sea, and everything is too late already.
I dont see any value add (well, that may exist.......other migth see this but not me) of this additional degree to your profile. (the only uncertainity is your internship attached with the program - if it is in a famous international company, it will help a lot. but I guess it is very difficult to get one if you dont speak French.)

P.S. I guess it is obvious that the France business school has their GE program as their flagship one, and the MS program for earning $$ from students.

现实既如此，所以您的建设性的意见是？当时选择有些匆忙，粗糙的想法是提升下学历背景还是有一定好处。

I guess there should be someone proposing better solution than me, since the best solution that I can think of is to cut loss (i.e. stop the master)

How do you think of switching to another program ? Like MBA in Hongkong or MSc / GE in Top 5 BS in France ?

This can be a solution........if 2 months ago.
now the deadline should had all passed already..........

P.S. be honest, don't think France top 5 will be enough.........they will be enough to not becoming a minus on your CV, but if you want it to be a plus, which is enough to switch industry.....you may need more.
At the end, these France business school has a very strong reputation within France, and also a decent network in Europe, but the same can't be said for Asia or America, maybe except HEC and ESSEC.
