First of all, at the first glance, i feel answer choice E makes too broad and absolute a conclusion. In LSAT, a too broad and absolute conclusion is usually, if not always, wrong. Furthermore, the question asks for "a logical conclusion that depends on information in BOTH of the statements", if E is the conclusion,the information in the first statement - "Abolish taxes, and real taxpayers would find that their disposable incomes have increased.", is a total waste - has no bearing on the conclusion at all. Thus E is wrong. |
