我做这题时选的是C，我认为regard that的句型了。把连接词that省略，在intelligent后面添上ones

我一直以为it was开头的句型应该是强调句，后面应该有that出现才对，答案的思路认为b主谓宾齐全，who引导的是一个宾语从句，如果是这样的话，应该是she is Shirley S.Chisholm吧，怎么能用it来指代人呢？
