This year alumnium price rose sharply, yet radiators are unlikely to revert to copper because carmakers have exploited the much lighter alumnium radiators to design better-performing cars.

Which of the following, if true, best supports the view that the author's prediction about continued use of alumnium in radiators is correct, but correct for the wrong reason?

The conclusion above would be properly drawn if it were also true that in Argonia

B)the average cost to insurance companies of insuring drivers who drive less than the annual average is less than the average cost of insuring drivers who drive more than the annual average.

1. accoding the D, we know that radiators are unlikely to revert to copper (author's prediction about continued use of alumnium in radiators is correct)

but they are unlikely to revert to copper due to another reason(but correct for the wrong reason)

2. there is a GAP between evidence and conclusion...list out the evidence and conclusion first, and you will find to draw the conclusion, we need addtion information, the choice of B
