gre or gmat？

最近在纠结要不要用以前考的gre来申请。verbal 720， 98% percentile, quant 800， 92%.

尽管学校陆陆续续接受GRE，但仍然更偏重考虑GMAT成绩，而且有AO明确说过他们担心学生用GRE成绩是为了逃避GMAT。除非你GMAT和GRE相比成绩差很多，还是建议用GMAT申请，至少将GMAT和GRE成绩都提交上去，学校考虑哪个去评估你的录取是他们的事儿。

谢谢啦！但是作文好低啊。觉得这个会不会成为一个致命伤害呢？我现在就是怕时间紧。下两个星期考GMAT。但是GMAT 如果考好的话我就在想有GRE就不想再花时间准备考试了。我觉得时间INVEST到材料更靠谱一点吧？但是不知道学校到底看作文有好重视。谢谢啦！

Hey there my friend!
First of all with that fantastic score, you shouldn’t even THINK about retaking anything. It’s the equivalent of a 760 GMAT!!! That’s good enough for you to apply anywhere! Good luck.

Thank you! Would the low AWA score raise any red flag though? do schools care about the AWA score that much? thanks!

The main score is far far more important than the AWA. so don’t worry about it!

楼主这个分数很高了我也在面临这一模一样的问题就V的分数比楼主低30分楼主的分数如果现在还有效就应该和我一样是11年考的
现在一般学校都接受GRE了我也在一些event问过一些AO 除了香港的几乎只收GMAT之外北美的都接受GRE

要注意的！个别学校接受的成绩分数有效期不同例如USC虽然说分数5年有效但是又需要你的成绩在明年8月入学的时候还有效这样我的就用不了
建议把你要申请的所有学校的分数requirement全部详细查一遍或者统一发一次email问清楚供参考
