为什么是E不是D?

E说的 particles 是由于exploding产生的吗?题目好象没有说明啊.感觉E是无关啊?而D说要避免干扰只有use telescopes launched into extremely high orbits around the Earth.也就是说 exploding不管用.

2. 怎么得出E中的颗粒就是爆炸产生的呢?

选项D 给出了the only way to make telescope observations without any interference, 但是没有说明为什么 explode nonfunctioning satellites 的proposal是ill conceived, 所以-无关

选项E a greatly increased number of small particles in Earth’s orbit 正是给出了如果explode nonfunctioning satellites 的后果就是make certain valuable telescope observations impossible来说明the proposal is ill conceived.

我的理解是: ill conceived = poorly conceived, 就是argue那个proposal是在不缜密的构思下得出的,所以如果实施的话就会带来危害, 正如选项E所描述的情况
