原文中说因为有可能loss of access in case of computer malfunction, 所以replace current computer system with a new system (may not be a new computer system)。大全中给出的答案是D,可我看不出D跟这个the effectiveness of the plan as a means of retaining access to the archival records有什么关系呀。当然，肯定D和对D去否，能得出截然相反的结论，可是去不能去evaluate原文给出的plan呀。
