[原创]about GMAT

After some guy’s requirement, I wanna write sth for the GMAT takers.

1, before GMAT

GMAT is the test for graduate degree in business school, before take the test you should make sure you need to study in one of those business school and need a degree there. Actually, as we know, many people in China just take tests as GRE and GMAT to go abroad; it’s definitely wrong to do so, life is not so good in America. Still other people who are already in USA like to work for a degree in America to get a job here, but it’s also wrong thinking because a degree can ensure nothing for you. I suggest everyone of you reading some books written by 徐小平who give some good advices for our careers.

2, Beginning

GMAT is a difficult work for most people. For a person who doesn’t know most of the GMAT words, he needs at least half a year to do the work and should pay all those days and nights to the work. Don’t believe that one can crack GMAT in a month. Those guys who did so must had remembered the words and already done some work for that before they thought they were beginning to study for GMAT.

You need a guide at the beginning; attend some training school – you should pay money, or look for good suggestions on Internet – you should pay time.

3, process

After you decide to GMAT, just study hard at least 10 hrs a day, don’t think any other things. GMAT is a work which needs your highly concentrated attention.

Repeatedly read the introduction and suggestion of those guys who got high scores in the test.

4, way of study

there are many good articles here, and I don’t think I can give some better tricks. Please search for the posters written by MINDFREE, ANCHORET, , gemj, lawyer, pumpkin ….

5, before test

don’t hope to learn much in several days! you’d better reduce the amount of work and have a good rest in those days just before the test. I kept studying hard before my test but most of things I studied then is useless in the real test. Contrary to my hope, the hard work made me tired and gave me a bad headache during the test.

6, test

be careful! Do after the rule of ETS, don’t take advantages which will bring trouble to you. Believe yourself and take it easy. Even if you do bad in the test you can take another test a month or some months later; actually many universities consider you best score if you have taken several times of GMAT.
