再认真读一遍题，我觉着你是没有理解题目。注意“influence”“relieve the pressure”"encourage"。再看答案你应该就明白了。

我个人认为，它白天要缓解餐厅就餐压力，也就是说，让尽可能多的人去餐厅吃饭。因为如果不缓解的话，potential客人可能就不会留下来吃饭了，致使餐厅收入减少。那么晚上，它就有意增加餐厅就餐的人数。两种措施都是为了让餐厅创收而设置的。

不知道这样理解行不行，还望大NN指点。嘿嘿
