检验是不是assumption的方法就是取非，对谓语取非，B选项去掉了not之后，就刚好是一个weaken的选项。

对A或者C其中任何一个选项取非之后，都不会有weaken的效果，因为他们超出题目中比较identical twins' brain的范围。

E无关。

至于说B选项是与原文矛盾这个说法是不对的，因为在解释因果关系的题目中，就存在一类Gmat非常喜欢的错误“因果倒置”。

这题好象就是说双胞胎大脑是一模一样的,但是如果一个有精神分裂,发现他的大脑有一块地方比另一个的小,当然,如果两个双胞胎都没有精神分裂,就没有这种现象.得出的结论是,精神分裂是由脑的生理结构损伤引起的.(就是说那小的一块大脑就是所谓的"大脑生理结构损伤")

B前提就是说那小的一块大脑部分,不是由于精神分裂本身引起的,也不是由治疗精神分裂的药物引起的.

至于103题,非常简单,就是说仅仅根据基因,就可以知道一个人是否会得精神分裂,这个显然是不成立的,因为题目写了,有一些双胞胎,一个得精神分裂,一个不得,但是由常识可知,双胞胎的基因是一样的,
