720进Kellogg也不是依靠所在pool相对小众这个所谓“优势”就能实现的，overall package得能够make sense。

Hey there,
Again its hard to predict. I don’t know enough detail about both firms, what their structure is like, etc. etc. I’m tempted to say go with the one that interests you most and which will allow you the most space for development. On the one hand PE is great, on the other, a minuscule firm is less. On the one hand law is excellent (super combo with business), but it depends too on what you do. (or rather what he does). Now, if this company is making money, or has a good amount of employees, I’d say inheriting a company + growing it has more potential than simply being a lawyer.
