Purdue官网MSF信息疑问，求CDers好心解答！

正在做MSF的 school research，查Purdue的时候看到你MSF首页就来这么一条

Please note: Because the MS(F) program begins in June, applications will not be considered for admission from MS(F) applicants outside the United States who graduate after December 2014. If graduating after December 2014, we welcome you to consider applying the following year. (See requirements on MS(F) home page)

这个是不是说2015年6月才拿毕业证的不能申?说白了就是不要应届生的吧？？

求大神解答！！

另外，求各位推荐MSF之外的项目可好经济统计之类的都可以的
