This level provides graduates joining the firm with an introduction to basic procedures and give them the opportunity to display skills, judgment and initiative because it is the proper demonstration of these factors which ensures the quality of our work. Important disclosures affecting our professional work quite often result from apparently insignificant details noted by alert staff. As experience is gained, the staff members handle more complex accounting, auditing and taxation & general management situations and assume increasing supervisory duties.
