（请教）为什么研究生时的GPA作用不大？

whitelucif，我上一帖子的话可能有点不中听，其实我的观点与gmatplayer和brace相同，争取可以把握的，不要在过去事情上面感叹流连。

工作经历是重要，GPA不可谓不重要，但更重要的是你在整个申请过程中表现出的潜力、能力和信心，申请不是简单的一堆材料堆上去，ADCOM完全的硬性评估，之后发出OFFER，其中很多软性的东西需要我们努力挖掘和把握，每个人都是一个无尽的宝藏，很多人不知如何开启，或许，需要适当的时机来开启。

有几位朋友，虽然申请没有成功，在谈起申请时，他们还是很感叹申请过程对自己的巨大影响，通过essay，通过交流，他们感到从来没有这样持续、深入地认识自己。我想申请的收获，除了一个好的offer，还有就是申请过程中对自己的审视与定位。

Agree with zero, gmatplayer and brace. In my opinion, if you are applying for MBA, GPA won't play a dominant role. It is especially true when considering how much the Chinese grading system differs from the American's.

Also, I remember in Chasedream interview serie, there are successful cases with low undergraduate GPA.
