【跪求CR解释】求解OG13 106C选项

求解 children who have allergic reactions to the chemicals are not more likely to be sent to a school nurse now than they were ten years ago 这是OG13 106的C选项各种翻译是说过去学生发生过敏反应的时候可能不一定会去学校护士那里，但现在去了，所以护士报告病例增加。但是为什么我的理解完全相反啊！！！发生过敏反应的学生are not more likely被送去学校护士那里now 比起10年前。不是应该是现在，学生更不可能被送去护士那里，相较10年前么。 not more likely 。。。 than 不是更少可能或者更不可能的意思么。。？求解啊啊啊1！！！！跪求啊啊！！！！

are not more likely to do sth than = are as likely to do sth as or are less likely to do sht than

就是因为现在没有比过去更有可能送去医院，才排除了这种更可能所导致的proportion的上升。
