因為他說遊客比往年多,,所以遊客多又要有房間住,,所以流動率大,,因為他降低了5%的稅,,但是遊客沒那麼多,,也就是流通率沒那麼高,,應該是賺不到什麼錢的,,我覺得啦,,因為現在住房的房客都講究,旅館業者也都利多,,幾乎沒什麼賺頭(如果是住長期的話),,所以只能靠這種短期來彌補了,, |
